GrainODM at the Grain Processing and Baking Conference 2026 in Sopot
GrainODM is an Industry Partner of the 42nd Grain Processing and Baking Conference, Sheraton Sopot, 21-22 October 2026.

Key Takeaways

  • GrainODM is an Industry Partner of the 42nd Grain Processing and Baking Conference (Konferencja Przetwórstwa Zbóż i Piekarstwa), 21-22 October 2026 at the Sheraton Sopot.

  • At our booth we run live grain impurity analysis: a sample is analysed in seconds, next to a traditional manual station so visitors can compare the results of both methods.

  • On 21 October Dainius Grigaitis presents GrainODM on stage during the company presentations.

  • Meetings in Sopot can be booked in advance.

On 21-22 October 2026 we will be in Sopot for the 42nd Grain Processing and Baking Conference (Konferencja Przetwórstwa Zbóż i Piekarstwa), the annual meeting of the Polish milling and baking industry at the Sheraton Sopot. GrainODM takes part as an Industry Partner of the conference, organised by PZPPZM.

Live at our booth

We are bringing a working GrainODM unit. Visitors can watch a grain sample go through AI grain impurity analysis: in a few seconds every kernel is segmented and classified into healthy grain, impurity categories and foreign material, following the EN 15587 framework used in Poland as PN-EN 15587, and the result is saved as a digital, traceable report.

The GrainODM unit we bring to Sopot: the sample goes on the tray, the analysis takes seconds.

Next to it we set up a traditional manual station, the way impurity analysis is usually done today, taking 10-30 minutes per sample. Everyone can compare the results of both methods on the same grain.

On stage on 21 October

Dainius Grigaitis presents GrainODM during the company presentations on Wednesday afternoon, 21 October (14:00-18:00 block): how image-based AI is used for impurity analysis in grain labs, how it was validated against five senior lab technicians, and what it changes in daily lab work.

When to find us

  • 21 October, 14:00-18:00: company presentations and booth visits
